Windows 8 power button lock screen
I forgot to add that I typed in 2 in the Cortana search box and it took me to the correct place. I tried this and it does work thanks to some research computer geeks assistance. Where do you find Local Security Policy? I can't find it with Cortana or in the Control panel.

I did a system restore and now my lock screen no longer has a power button. The only options I have to turn off the PC is to login to a user account and turn off from the start menu. I've looked at all the settings and cannot find a way to add the power button back to the lock screen.
